- The management and protection of the personal data of the visitor to the website Turtulli Travel (turtulli-travel.gr) (hereinafter TT) is subject to the terms of this Personal Data Protection Policy as well as to the provisions of national, community and international law regarding the protection of the individual from the processing of personal data, as applicable from time to time. The Ministry of Digital Governance (MDIG) reserves the right to change the terms of protection of personal data, in accordance with the applicable relevant legal framework. Consequently, these privacy terms may be revised and updated at any time and without prior notice.
- The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). From 29-08-2019 the Law 4624/2019 (Government Gazette 137 A’) is valid and applied in adaptation and harmonization with the General Data Protection Regulation of 25.5.2018 (EU 2016/679), as well as the Directive (EU 2016/680) of the European Parliament, which strengthens the framework of the protection of data subjects, with regard to the processing of personal data in the European Union. TT, with respect to personal data, complies with the General Data Protection Regulation and the current national legislation in the context of its activity and purpose and takes the prescribed and available technical and organizational measures as described in the General Data Protection Regulation and, by extension, the Greek legislation. - Personal Data in TT. YPSD collects personal information of TT visitors, only when the users themselves voluntarily provide it in order to register for actions such as sending a Newsletter. Personal information is information that can be used to identify or contact an individual as well as other information relating to that individual.
- Statements. YPSD will not make available for sale or otherwise transmit or disclose personal information of the TT visitor to third parties, without the consent of the visitor, with the exception of the application of relevant legal dictates and to the competent authorities only. YPSD may process part or all of the data sent by visitors/users for statistical purposes and to improve the provided services – information of the TT.
- Cookies. OCD may collect identification information of DB users using corresponding technologies, such as cookies and/or Internet Protocol (IP) address tracking. More information about TT’s Cookies Policy is provided in the relevant section .
- The TT may include links to other websites which are under the responsibility of third parties (natural or legal persons). In no case is the owner or administrator of the TT website responsible for the personal data protection conditions that these websites follow.
